Will these actually keep my feet warm?

Yes — the brushed thermal plush lining traps warmth around your whole foot, while the wide toe box still lets your toes move naturally instead of curling up just to stay warm.

I have wide feet — will these work for me?

Yes. The wide toe box and adjustable elastic panel are built to accommodate wider feet comfortably, without the pinching you get in standard winter boots.

How do I clean them?

Wipe the water-resistant upper down with a damp cloth. We don't recommend machine washing, as it can affect the lining and sole.

Can I wear these outside, or are they more of an indoor slipper?

These are made for outdoor winter walking — the non-slip sole and water-resistant upper are built to handle wet, icy, and snowy conditions, not just a warm floor at home.

What size should I order?

We recommend sizing up from your usual UK size, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks underneath — check the EU/UK/cm size guide above if you're unsure.

Can I return them if the fit isn't right?
