★★★★★ 4.8 · 50,000+ reviews

  • A wrought-iron bracket that slips onto the shelf — no drilling, no brackets to fit
  • Hand-finished raven perched on an open book
  • Doubles as a bookend: the flat foot sits under the books and holds the row upright
  • Matte black finish that suits oak, pine and painted shelves alike

Shelves full of books, and nothing that says they are yours.

Most shelf decoration is either a photo frame taking up a whole row, or something fussy you have to dust around. This one hangs in the gap you already have.

  • Nothing to screw into the wall
  • Nothing that takes a book's place on the shelf
  • Nothing that looks like it came from a garden centre

What you are getting

Powder-coated metal bracket

Scrolled ironwork with a matte black finish, weighted so it sits flat rather than tipping forward.

Raven and book charm

Hangs on a fine chain so it swings gently and catches the light when you walk past.

Bookend foot

The vertical plate slides under the books, so the whole piece stays put without tape or screws.

Metal bracket with hanging charm · matte black · sits on standard shelf boards · no fixings needed

What customers are saying

★★★★★
Jean M., Harrogate

"Bought one for the landing bookcase and ended up ordering a second for the study. It holds a good dozen hardbacks without budging."

★★★★★
Pauline R., Swansea

"The little raven is far nicer in person — proper weight to it, not the flimsy thing I expected for the price."

★★★★★
Denise K., Falkirk

"My son spotted it the moment he walked in and asked where I'd got it. That never happens with my ornaments."

Common questions

Do I need to drill anything?

No. The flat plate slides under the books on your shelf and their weight holds it in place.

Will it fit my shelves?

It is made for standard shelf boards and works on fixed bookcases, floating shelves and alcove shelving.

Does it hold books up on its own?

Yes — the vertical plate acts as a bookend for a row of average-weight books.

How do I clean it?

A dry duster or a soft dry cloth. Nothing wet on the painted finish.

What if it is not right?
