Common questions
Does copper leave a green mark on the skin?
It can, and we would rather he found out from us than from his shirt cuff. Copper reacts with the acids naturally present on skin and can leave a light green tint underneath. It is harmless, it is a surface mark and not a rash, and soap and water clear it in seconds. It shows more on warm days and on hands that are often wet. Clear lacquer along the inside of the piece reduces it considerably.
Is copper good for aches, stiff joints or circulation?
No, and we won't let that sell it. Copper bracelets have been properly tested against dummy bracelets in randomised trials, and no benefit was found for arthritis, joint pain, inflammation or circulation. If that is what someone is hoping for, they should speak to their GP rather than spend £24.99 here. Buy this because it's a good-looking, solidly made thing.
What size is it, and will it fit him?
