Common questions
Will it leave a green mark on his wrist?
It can, and it is better to know in advance. Copper reacts with the natural acids and salts on skin and some people get a faint green tint underneath. It is harmless — a mark, not a rash — and it comes off with soap and water in seconds. A wide cuff covers more skin, so it tends to show a little more than a slim bangle. Warm weather makes it more likely. A thin coat of clear lacquer painted on the inside of the band reduces it considerably and can be redone when it wears away.
Is copper good for joints, aches or circulation?
